I had a lovely experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the afternoon tea which was delightful and well-presented. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome during my visit. However, the location is a bit isolated, making it necessary to taxi into town for dining options, which can be pricey at the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great service and beautiful surroundings.

Rooms

The rooms were quite spacious, featuring large balconies with lovely views of the garden. They were comfortable and had nice bathrooms, although I would have appreciated a table on the balcony.
Service
9.0
Service at the hotel was warmhearted and accommodating. The staff went out of their way to assist with special requests, which I truly appreciated.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, so you need to take a taxi to access restaurants and shops, which can be inconvenient.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the afternoon tea experience, with fresh and varied cakes on a tiered display, complemented by a chilled glass of champagne.
Facilities

The facilities included a nice outdoor pool, though it was a bit cold and lacked enough sun exposure due to the lush surroundings. Overall, the facilities were decent but could use some enhancements.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The lush 400-acre garden is truly stunning and perfect for relaxing walks, but the overall condition of the property felt dated. The service was friendly, albeit inconsistent, and the dining options were limited and often repetitive. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they could benefit from better maintenance and amenities. Overall, it’s essential to adjust expectations, especially regarding value for money.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are very spacious and equipped with tasteful Dai Palace inspired wooden furniture, including a huge round bathtub that adds a unique touch. However, some aspects felt less than ideal, like the outdated TV channels and lack of coffee makers.
Service
6.0
The service varied widely—while some staff members were eager to help, others were less attentive and communication was difficult due to language barriers.
Location
7.0
The location is somewhat remote, requiring a taxi to get into town for dining or activities, which can be inconvenient.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were decent but repetitive, and some meals were not as fresh as expected. It felt like a missed opportunity to highlight local flavors more effectively.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were a mixed bag; while the large outdoor pool area was beautiful, it was often too cold to enjoy fully.

I had an incredible stay at this garden resort hotel located among the ancient Dai Imperial Palace ruins. The spacious rooms came with stunning views and all the comforts needed for a family, making it a great value for our relaxing getaway. While the staff was generally warm-hearted, there were moments when service seemed lacking, so it wasn’t flawless. Overall, it was a lovely experience with just a few hiccups regarding service and room maintenance.

Service was mostly excellent, especially the staff's willingness to engage with my kids while my husband and I enjoyed dinner. However, at times they struggled with cleanliness and timely service.
Location
7.0
The location is quite picturesque, nestled in a beautiful garden but a bit far from the city center, so getting around requires a bit of planning and a taxi.
Dining

Dining was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh foods overlooking a lovely pond. The setting was pleasant, and the food was consistently good, making each meal a treat.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had great facilities, particularly the expansive garden areas and pools which were beautifully maintained. I enjoyed the overall atmosphere.

The hotel is set in a beautiful and lush environment that looks incredible in photos, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. While the rooms are spacious and have good amenities, the service was inadequate and left us feeling frustrated most of the time. The layout of the hotel isn't practical, especially around the pool area, which limited our ability to enjoy our stay. Overall, it's not the best choice if you're looking for a seamless and relaxing experience.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring large balconies and walk-in wardrobes, plus a nice bathroom that includes both a bathtub and shower.
Service

The service was disappointing; staff seemed well-meaning but lacked training and often couldn't communicate effectively, making us feel neglected during our stay.
Location
6.0
While the hotel's setting is picturesque, it is somewhat far from popular attractions, requiring a taxi to get around, which can add extra costs.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were plentiful at breakfast, but the quality varied, and the dinner service was frustrating due to inexperienced staff.
Facilities
5.0
The fitness room was impressive with great equipment, but the pool area was poorly designed without adequate seating or safety measures.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable, nestled in a lush and beautiful area. The service provided by the staff was exemplary, and I appreciated their efforts despite the occasional hiccup. However, the dining experience was underwhelming due to limited options, and the layout of the facilities could use improvement for better convenience. The room was spacious but needed better maintenance to reach its full potential.

Rooms

The room was spacious and came with a big balcony, offering a lovely garden view. However, it felt a bit dated and could have benefitted from better maintenance.
Service

The staff was kind and accommodating, especially Joy, who stood out for her excellent service. Still, there were some delays in ordering drinks and food.
Location
6.0
The hotel is a bit far from the city center, requiring a taxi ride to get to restaurants and shops, which was convenient and fairly priced.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were a mixed bag; while morning and evening buffets offered a good variety, the service was slow, and there were no evening drinks available.
